The Shogun 50 is designed to combine crusing enjoyment with shorthanded and full crew racing abilities while being a joy for the eye: design and naval architecture by the Håkan and Oscar Södergren built by the Rosättra yard with appendages and rig from Marstrom Composites.
A lifting keel combines shallow draft allowing the owner to enjoy secluded archipelagic harbours combined with full performance with the keel fully down. A high modolous rig with carbon standing rigging from Smart Rigging has reduced the need of providing righting moment through form stability allowing a sleek hull suitable for light to medium airs typical of the area.
