Boats. Our Tornado was the choice for almost 100% of the Olympic sailors. The Tornado is ruled to be built mostly out of glass fibre/epoxy but we use the same technique as for all our carbon boats. We are still the only producer in the world that mass-produce boats in carbon or glass fibre using an autoclave – a technique originally developed by the aircraft industry.

Our singlehanded A-Cat has been developed over many years to a unique state-of-the-art catamaran in carbon fibre. We released the latest edition, the M5, as five new boats sailed in the Worlds, November 2007. Ready to race weight is only 75kg!

The super fast event boat Extreme 40 (X40), another all carbon product, was launched in 2005. We have built the complete boat since boat number five. The first series consisted of five boats and had beams and foils from Heol Composite in France. The first five boats were raced in the ports where the Volvo Ocean Race had stopovers. The model has become a One Design Class sailing the iShares Cup. Four more boats were built in 2007 and until the season 2009 nineteen boats have been completed and delivered.
